Group Therapy Sessions
Experience the powerful healing that comes from shared stories. Our small, carefully facilitated groups offer community, connection and the reassurance that you are not alone.
- Small groups of 4–8 participants
- Weekly 90-minute facilitated sessions
- Themed programmes (e.g. grief, self-esteem, anxiety)
- Safe, confidential group agreement
- Suitable for those new to therapy
Spirituality & Mindful Practice
For those who feel their faith, spirituality or mindful practice is central to their healing. We hold space for these dimensions with deep respect and without judgement.
